@Cparks1976 #LineOfDuty Here me out on this theory. Is Chloe Bishop with OCG? Jimmy Lakewell didn't want to talk when they visited in the prison. It's assumed they are talking about the prison guards feeding back to OCG but what if it was Chloe he meant.
